Low-VFrectifier has 500-mW dissipation

Packaged in a TLM563 surface-mount case, the CTLSH1-40M563 1-A 40-V Schottky rectifier is a drop-in replacement for existing SOT-563 devices. It provides a forward-voltage drop of 290 mV at 10 mA, and 450 mV at 500 mA, and suits portable battery-powered applications.

The rectifier has a 500–mW power dissipation rating and is a 43% improvement over the 350-mW devices in SOT-563 packages. The TLM563 case has a maximum profile of 0.43 mm, which is 28% lower than a SOT-563. (From $0.12 ea/3,000 — available now.)
