Low-voltage CMOS logic comes in 14-pin TSSOP
Ten 74LVCxxA series of low-voltage logic ICs use a 1.65 to 5.5-V supply and take just 1 µA in most applications. Versions include quad two-input AND/NAND gates, hex inverters, hex buffers, and quad tri-state buffers.
The devices come in a TSSOP-14 package and have a 3.5-ns propagation delay at 3.3 V. They will sink 24 mA when operating from a 3.3-V supply. (From $0.09 ea/10,000 — available now.)
