Low-voltage comparator suits handheld apps

Ideal for space-constrained handheld/portable applications, the LMV331 low-voltage comparator operates from 2.7 to 5 V and consumes 20 µA. Features include a propagation delay of 200 ns, an input-offset voltage of 1 mV, an input-offset current of 1 nA, and an ESD tolerance of 2-kV HBM/200-V MM.

Operating from –40° to 85°C, the part is available in a choice of 2.00 x 1.25-mm SC70 or 2.90 x 1.60-mm SOT23 form factors. ($0.25 ea/1,000 — available now.)
