Lowest RDS(on)MOSFET suits active-ORing apps

The IRF67xx DirectFET MOSFETs are optimized for active-ORing, hot-swap, and electronic-fuse applications. The IRF6718 is a 25-V device with 0.5-mΩ on-state resistance at 10 V in a 7 x 9.1–mm package; the IRF6717 has 0.95-mΩ RDS(on) at 10 V in a 4.9 x 6.3–mm package, and the IRF6713 features 2.2-mΩ RDS(on) at 10 V in a 3.8 x 4.8-mm package.

The typical RDS(on) at 10 VGS is provided in a 60% smaller footprint and 85% lower profile than a D2PAK package. They target dc switch applications. ($1.50 ea./10,000 — available now.)
