LSI Logic Demonstrates iSCSI RAID at Storage Networking World with the iMegaRAID SATA 16 Storage Controller

LSI Logic Corporation (NYSE: LSI) today announced that the iMegaRAIDTM SATA 16, a 16-port iSCSI RAID storage controller designed for external IP SAN environments, is being demonstrated along with processor and backup software components from Intel and Yosemite Technologies.

The iMegaRAID provides storage subsystem providers with maximized storage capacity, flexibility and scalability and the ability to convert a JBOD into an intelligent iSCSI array

The iSCSI technology storage solution showcases an innovative storage technology with focus on the SMB market that places high emphasis on a cost-effective, reliable, easy-to-use and flexible total storage solution.
