If you hate driving to the airport and you hate carrying your luggage, a Chinese inventor (who used to be a farmer) invented suitcases that double as motorized scooters to transport you there.
Not only can the luggage transform into transportation but it also reaches speeds over 10 mph—so allow for extra travel time—and can run for six hours on a single charge.
Inventor He Liang-Ky demonstrates the scooter in the video below.

It also comes equipped with GPS and an alarm for thieves so you don’t have to worry about losing or getting your luggage stolen.
Want everyone to get out of your way while you’re riding your luggage? He also developed the suitcase with a horn for that.
Liang-Ky wants to keep the luggage reasonably priced, but it seems that it could eventually be sold for anywhere from $640 to $4,800.
No word on when, or even if, this invention will become a reality, but it’s a pretty cool concept for now.
