MagnaChip Introduces 30V Single N-Channel MOSFETs for Computing Applications

SEOUL, South Korea, June 27 — MagnaChip Semiconductor Ltd., a leading provider of analog and mixed signal semiconductor products for high volume consumer applications, today, announced the launch of its 30V N-Channel MOSFET series for use in computing applications.

The 30V N-Channel MOSFET series allows customers to save overall system cost by minimizing required board space and providing excellent switching performance with the specific combination of RDS (ON) and gate charge. These features are intended to reduce power consumption and allow for easier system construction in computing and a variety of other applications. Particularly, this series is well suited for the power supply topology of a VGA Card, contributing to the higher efficiency of buck topology.
