MagnaChip Launches 40V Power MOSFET Series

SEOUL, Korea, May 29 /PRNewswire/ — MagnaChip Semiconductor Ltd., a leading Asia-based designer and manufacturer of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products for high volume consumer applications, today, announced the launch of its 40V N-Channel MOSFET series for use in LCD Monitors and TV applications.

The 40V N-Channel MOSFET series allows customers to save overall system cost by minimizing required board space and provides excellent switching performance with the specific combination of RDS(ON) and Qg as a result of advanced technology.
