The device has up to 256 Kbytes of flash along with an encryption accelerator, two 16-bit timers, and a 12-bit A/D converter. It runs at 6, 12, or 24 MHz from a single 2.1 to 3.6 V supply. Receive current is 27 mA total, transmit current at +3 dBm is 31 mA, and deep sleep current, with retained RAM and GPIO, is 400 nA. (Ea./1,000; $2.05 with 64 Kbyte flash; $2.91 with 256 Kbyte flash – samples available now.)
