MCUs feature ARM926 core

The LPC3220, LPC3230, LPC3240 and LPC3250 MCUs are based on the ARM926EJ CPU. The 90-nm-process devices feature a vector floating-point unit, a 24-bit LCD controller, a 10/100 Ethernet MAC, USB OTG, and an efficient bus matrix.

The ICs have I2 C, I2 S, SPI, SSP, UART, and SD interfaces and A/D conversion. They support DDR, SDR, SRAM, and flash memory devices and provide the option of booting-up from NAND flash, SPI memory, UART, or SRAM. ($6.95 to $8.25 ea/10,000 — samples available now; prod qty, 3rd qtr.)
