These fixed-switching frequency converters use synchronous rectifier based technology to achieve 93% efficiency. The quarter-brick series delivers 105 W from a nominal input voltage of 12, 24, or 48 V and includes output voltages of 5, 12, 15, or 24 V.
The encased dc/dc converter modules protect from harsh environments, and are available with a flanged style baseplate. They feature remote on/off, +10% to –20% output-voltage-trim range, remote sense, input under-voltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, active back bias limit, thermal shutdown, output current-limit and short-circuit protection.
