Medical grade supplies have active PFC

Designed to meet the space and performance parameters needed in medical and dental instrumentation, the PMMK320 line of switching power supplies provides 320-W output power with active PFC. All models accept universal input from 90 to 264 Vac, and six models are available that provide single outputs from 5 to 48 Vdc.

The supplies are approved for UL/EN60606-1 medical safety specifications. They use SMT construction and provide power densities up to 6-W/in.3 Fully enclosed or fully enclosed with DIN rail mounting options are available. All models feature short circuit, overvoltage and over current protection and an integral power-good LED indicator. The supplies operate at 100% capability from 10 to 50C.
