Aimed at gaming and mobile multimedia applications, the LIS244ALH two-axis and LIS344ALH triaxial accelerometers offer user-selectable ranges of ±2 or ±6 g in 16-pin 4 x 4 x 1.5-mm LGA packages. The low-power devices are designed to operate with high performance and resolution in battery-operated systems.
The –40° to 85°C devices feature analog output circuitry that is factory calibrated for sensitivity and 0-g level to eliminate end-product recalibration. Units can withstand 10,000-g shocks and have a self-test function to verify that sensors and embedded interface ICs are working to guaranteed specs.
