The SiT8503 is offered as the first kilohertz frequency silicon MEMS oscillator for audio, microcontroller, and high-reliability industrial applications. The part offers programmable support for any frequency between 200 kHz and 1,000 kHz (with accuracy up to five decimal places) and consumes less than 10 µA in standby mode.
Additional features include configurable operating voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8 or 3.3 V and configurable frequency stabilities of ±20, ±25, ±30, or ±50 ppm. The device exhibits shock resistance of up to 50,000 g and vibration resistance of up to 70 g and offers 100% drop-in replacement of quartz solutions in all four industry-standard surface-mount packages (7.0 x 5.0, 5.0 x 3.2, 3.2 x 2.5, and 2.5 x 2.0 mm).
