The VM 702, 802, and 822 MEMS-based oscillators series have LVDS, LVPECL and HCSL output options with a frequency range from 10 to 460 MHz. The devices compensation algorithm has been enhanced to optimize the frequency vs. temperature performance offering a 2x improvement in temperature stability over earlier models.
Additional features include ±10-ppm frequency stability over –10° to 70°C, ±15-ppm frequency stability over –40° to 85°C, and a peak to peak period jitter of less than 35ps. The VM-702 comes in a 7 x 5.0 x 0.87-mm QFN package, the VM-802 in a 5 x 3.2 x 0.87-mm QFN package, and the VM-822 in a 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.87-mm QFN package (Contact company for pricing — delivery time as short as 2 weeks)
