Operating between 1 and 110 MHz, the SiT3701 programmable voltage-controlled MEMS oscillator features a pull range linearity of 0.5%. Other specifications include pull ranges of ±30, ±60, ±120, or ±240 ppm, operating voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8 or 3.3 V, and frequency tolerances of ±25, ±30, ±50 and ±100 ppm.
