Microcontrollers have powerful Cortex-M7 core

The STM32F767/F769 microcontrollers feature a Cortex–M7 core and 1 or 2 Mbytes of flash, 512 Kbytes of RAM, a double-precision floating-point unit, and DSP instructions. They yield a Coremark score of 1082. The devices have a powerful graphics accelerator, dual mode Quad-SPI, CAN, and USB 2.0 interfaces and a 10/100 Ethernet MAC.

The devices have a camera interface and either a LCD-TFT display controller or a MIPI-DSI Host interface. They operate over –40° to 105°C. The ICs also include three 12-bit, 2.4 Ms/s A/D converters, dual 12-bit D/A converters, digital filters for a sigma delta modulator, 15 timers, and a quadrature encoder interface.
