A line of micro size and micro power dc/dc high-voltage power supplies targets critical applications such as avalanche photodiodes, photomultiplier tubes, microchannel plates, image intensifiers, electrostatic chucks, scanning electron microscopes, and mass spectrometers. These supplies offer output voltages from 0 to 100 V through 0 to 8 kV, at 100-mW to 6-W output power with output current ranges from 30 µA to 6 mA.
