Updates to the top view, white, low to mid power LED package are offered in a 2835 form factor (2.8 x 3.5 x 0.7-mm) providing 3, 6, and 9-V at 0.5 W and 6 and 9-V at 1 W. Target applications are mainly for general lighting, especially consumer, commercial, and professional lighting.
The 2835 package is an upgrade from standard 3528 packages. Due to a newly designed heat slug, this LED maintains its compact size with an even lower profile and can be overdriven to achieve maximum flux. The LEDs offer CRI options of >80 or 90Ra, high R9 options of >0 or 50, and lambertian light patterns.
