Mini, high-rel dc/dc converter offer 10,000 Vdc output

The AVP/AVN series of dc/dc converters offer high output voltages from 6,000 to 10,000 Vdc at 1.25 W in a miniature 0.25-in.³ package that weighs only 9.5 g. It is available with five standard input voltages of 5, 12, 15, 24, and 28 Vdc,  and either positive or negative output models.

The single output dc/dc converters operate from -25° to +70°C, and are available with expanded operating temperature range from -55° to +85°C ambient, with no heat sink or electrical de-rating required. They are offered with Mil Standard 883 environmental screening. The converters operate from 20 to 40 kHz and have full-load efficiency from 70% to 77%.
