Miniature 3-A dc/dc converter suits telecom

MPDTY201S dc/dc converter has a footprint of 11.4- x 8.9-mm with a height of 5.6 mm. It is well suited for distributed power architectures in telecom and datacom markets, base stations, routers, FTTx, computer servers, instrumentation and test equipment applications.

Requiring only small external ceramic capacitors on the output, the POL converter also offers a 3.0 to 5.5-V input voltage range, an 0.8 to 2.5-V adjustable output voltage and remote on/off switch control with an output voltage sense function.
