Miniature TCXO exhibits good long-term stability
This 14-pin DIP temperature-compensated crystal oscillator, part number
TC2178AN, covers the frequency range from 6 to 25 MHz. Key features
include an aging stability of <_2b_>1 ppm for 1 year and <_2b_>5 ppm for 5
years. The input voltage is <_2b_>5 Vdc, with an oscillator frequency
stability of <_2b_>0.05 ppm with 5% voltage change. Frequency stability
with temperature is only <_2b_>1 ppm over the temperature range from -40
degrees to +85 degreesC. Single-sideband phase noise is -60 dBc at 1 Hz to
-130 dBc at 1-kHz offset. An optional voltage-control function is
available with the oscillator. The TC2178AN measures only 0.46 (L) x 0.72
