Available in capacitances from 1,000 to 4,700 pF, the CFCAP surface-mount MLCCs are packaged in an 0402 case size (1.0 x 0.5 x 0.5 mm), suiting PLL and filter-coupling circuits in portable devices such as mobile phones. The devices come in versions offering voltage ratings of 10, 16, and 25 V.
