The VJ0805, VJ1206, and VJ1210 Arc Guard MLCCs feature voltage ratings from 1,000 to 1,500 Vdc, offering twice the voltage breakdown of standard MLCCs. The surface-mount C0G capacitors sport a patent-pending internal design structure that prevents surface arc-over at high voltages, suiting a variety of applications including lighting systems and power supplies for medical, computer, and motor control.
