MMIC amp delivers 38 dB of gain

The UPC3236TK SiGe:C MMIC amplifier delivers 38 dB of gain, flat from 250 MHz to 2.6 GHz, making it ideal for use as a wideband IF amplifier in DBS LNB down converters. Additional features at 1.0 GHz include, a supply voltage of 4.5 to 5.5 V, an Ic current of 24.0 mA typ, a linearity PO(1dB) of 11 dBm typ, and a noise figure of 2.6 dB typ.

With proper blocking capacitors, it can be operated at frequencies as low as 10 MHz. Measuring 1.3 x 1.5 x 0.55 mm, the amplifier offers a second-harmonic (2fo) of −58 dBc at POUT of –15 dBm. ($0.40 ea/10,000 — available now.)
