MMIC IF amp delivers high gain

The UPC3239TB MMIC IF amplifier delivers 25 dB of gain flat from 100 MHz to 2.6 GHz, making it ideal for use in DBS LNB down converters. An input/output VSWR of less than 1.5:1 makes the device easy to match, plus with proper blocking capacitors, it can be operated at frequencies as low as 10 MHz.

Housed in an SO6-style package, the part also features a supply voltage of 3.0 to 3.6 V, an ICC current of 29 mA typ, a noise figure of 4.0 dB typ, and an output P1dB of 10 dBm typ. ($0.27 ea/10,000 — available now.)
