MMIC SP4T switch covers dc to 20 GHz

The HMC641LC4 GaAs pHEMT MMIC SP4T switch is rated for operation from dc to 20 GHz. This wideband, nonreflective switch exhibits 2.1-dB insertion loss and 42-dB isolation at midband, and features an on-chip binary decoder which requires only two control lines.

The device also features a P1dB and input IP3 performance of 23 dBm and 39 dBm, respectively — suiting it for applications requiring wide bandwidth and moderate to high linearity. Housed in a ceramic RoHS-compliant 4 x 4-mm SMT package, the switch accepts control voltages of 0 and –5 V, and consumes only 3 mA. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
