These connectors can be customized with planar arrays, ceramic Pi Tubes or chip capacitors to meet cost and stringent performance and reliability requirements in military applications.

“Our new filtered ARINC connectors set a new standard in price, performance and customization,” said Bob Ydens, general manager of EMI filters at Mobix Labs, in a statement.

These connectors feature advanced EMI filtering options for optimal signal integrity and minimal resonance. With an insertion loss of 70-80 dB for Pi filters and 50-60 dB for C filters, these connectors specifically address rugged environments. They can withstand high shock, vibration and extreme temperatures.

Mobix Labs’ ARINC 404 and ARINC 600 connectors are currently available for customization to meet specific military and aerospace compliance requirements. Quick lead times are available to meet urgent deadlines.
