Modulator/demodulator extend frequency range
The ADL5375 quadrature modulator and ADL5382 demodulator simplify RF-to-baseband designs and enable engineers to extend solutions to subsequent wireless infrastructure system designs. The ADL5375 offers a frequency range from 400 MHz to 6 GHz, a modulation bandwidth of 500 MHz (3 dB), a noise floor of −161 dBm/Hz at 1,900 MHz, and a supply voltage of 4.75 to 5.25 V.
The ADL5382 features a frequency range of 700 MHz to 2.7 GHz, an IIP2 of 60 dBm, an IIP3 of 30 dBm, an input P1dB of 13 dBm, and a noise figure of 14 dB at 900 MHz. Both are housed in 24-lead LFCSP_VQ packages. (Ea/1,000: ADL5375, $4.98, ADL5382, $5.22 — available now.)
