Module delivers best-in-class performance

Thw MeshConnect EM357 module (part number ZICM357P2) is based on the Ember EM357 SoC. Features include an output power of 20 dBm, a link budget of 120 dB, and a transmit range up to 2.5 miles, which ensures reliable transmission even in harsh environments and reducing the number of nodes needed in the network.

The module is compliant with ZigBee Alliance and IEEE 802.15.4 specifications, and integrates 1 Mbyte of flash memory which enables over-the-air programming updates in the field. It consists of an RF transceiver with a baseband modem, a hard-wired MAC, and an embedded 32-bit ARM CortexTM-M3 microcontroller with internal RAM (12 Kbytes) and flash (192 Kbytes) memory.
