Module efficiently drives 3-phase motors up to 200 W

The STGIPQ5C60T SLLIMM-nano intelligent power module targets high efficiency 3-phase motor drive up to 200 W for compressors, pumps, and fans. The device is rated for 5 A, 600 V and integrates three half-bridge high-voltage gate drivers, six IGBTs, six fast freewheeling recovery diodes, and low-voltage input logic. 

 The modules IGBTs have a low V_CE(sat) of 1.65 V at 5 A due to TFS technology. It features low electromagnetic interference, 150°C maximum operating junction temperature, and has an op amp and comparator that can be used for current sensing.
