The IRF6710S2, IRF6795M and IRF6797M are 25-V synchronous buck converter DirectFET MOSFET chipsets for POL converter designs, as well as server, high-end desktop and notebook computer applications. The devices integrate a Schottky diode and target designs with high-frequency, high-efficiency dc/dc converters.
The devices are available in a footprint similar to an SO-8 package, and with a 0.7-mm profile. The IRF6710S2 is suited as a control MOSFET with gate resistance of 0.3 Ω and Miller charge (Qgd) of 3.0 nC. The IRF6795M and IRF6797M have a MX footprint and are well suited for high current synchronous MOSFET circuits.
