HIP2100/1 parts
Capable of driving high-side and low-side n-channel MOSFETs, the MAX5062A and MAX5063A half-bridge MOSFET drivers are pin-for-pin compatible with the industry-standard HIP2100 and HIP2101, respectively. The high-side pin for both devices operates at up to 125 V.
Features include a 2-A peak source/sink current, a 35-ns propagation delay, a –40° to 125°C temperature range, and optional TTL- or CMOS-compatible non-inverting/non-inverting or non-inverting/inverting logic inputs that operate at up to 15 V.
