MOSFET features 29mΩ on-state resistance

The STW88N65M5 MDmesh high-voltage power MOSFET features 29-mΩ on-state resistance for 650-V devices in a standard TO-247
package. It helps improve energy efficiency by replacing higher-resistance MOSFETs or to use fewer devices in parallel to
reduce assembly sizes and bill of materials.

The 650-V voltage rating of the MOSFET provides a greater safety margin than 600-V devices and increases the ability to withstand
voltage surges commonly present on ac power lines. The devices are available in Max247, TO-247, D2PAK, TO-220/FP, PowerFLAT
