The FDZ197PZ single p–channel MOSFET features an RDS(on) of 64–mΩ at –4.5 VGS in a WL-CSP package with a 1 x 1.5–mm footprint. It suits smart phones, cell phones, netbooks, medical, and other portable
applications.

The MOSFET offers 4–kV ESD protection and has a –55° to 150°C operating temperature range. The junction to ambient thermal
resistance is 65°C/W when mounted on a 1-in.2 pad of 2–oz. copper. ($0.35 ea/1,000 — available now.)
