The CMLDM7003 is a dual n-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET with built-in 2kV ESD protection. It has two isolated 50-V, 280-mA MOSFETs with transient-voltage suppressors across the source and gate of each device. The RDS(on) of the device is 3.0 Ω at 50 mA and 1.8 V.
The MOSFET is packaged in a surface-mount SOT-563 case with a profile of 0.6 mm. The package uses 62% less board space than the SOT-23 and suits portable battery-powered electronic products including cell phones/smart phones, MP3 music players, medical test equipment, bar code scanners, PDAs, and notebook computers.
