MOSFET integrates high, low sides

The FDMC8200 dual MOSFET delivers increased efficiency and power density for notebooks, netbooks, servers, telecom and other dc/dc designs. It integrates an optimized control (high-side) and synchronous (low-side) 30-V n-channel MOSFET into one 3 x 3–mm MLP module.

The MOSFET features a 24-mΩ RDS(on) at 4.5 V and 5 A on the high side, and 9.5-mΩ on the low side at 4.5 V and 7 A. It can deliver over 9 A for mainstream computing applications. It addresses design challenges of dc/dc applications, space conservation and thermal performance. ($0.50 ea/1,000 — available now.)
