The CMLDM7484 dual complementary n-channel and p-channel MOSFETs are offered in SOT-563 packages and consist of two complementary isolated 30-V 450-mA MOSFETs. The devices target cellular phones, MP3 players, fiber-optic transceivers, and blood glucose analyzers and suit dc/dc conversion, signal drivers, motor control, and battery-charging applications.
The dual complementary MOSFETs feature 2-kV ESD protection and 350-mW power dissipation. They offer n-channel RDS(on) of 0.28 Ω typ, and p-channel RDS(on) of 1 Ω typ. ($0.12 ea/3,000 — available now.)
