MOSFETs in PQFNs suit ORing apps

A family of HEXFET power MOSFETs deliver the industry’s lowest RDS(on) . The 20-, 25-, and 30-V power MOSFETs are available in 5 x 6-mm PQFN packages and suit dc switch applications such as active ORing and dc motor drive applications requiring high-current-carrying capability and high efficiency.

The 20-V device delivers 1.2 mΩ max at 4.5-V VGS and cuts conduction losses for dc-motor drive applications such as hand tools. The 25-V IRFH5250TRPbF has 1.15 mΩ max combined with 52-nC gate charge while the 30-V IRFH53xxTRPbF has 1.4 mΩ max combined with 50-nC gate charge. All the devices feature
