The IRFTS9342TRPBF portfolio of power MOSFETs are offered in a TSOP-6 package and target low-power applications including load switch, charge and discharge switches for battery protection, and inverter switches. To cut conduction losses, they feature on-state resistance (RDS(on)) from 12 to 53 mΩ typ at 4.5 V.
The power MOSFETs are available as 20- and 30-V devices in n-and p-channel configurations with a maximum gate drive from 12 to 20 Vgs. They can be used to replace MOSFETs in larger packages to save board space and reduce system cost. The devices are MSL1 and RoHS compliant containing no lead, bromide or halogen.
