MOSFETs suit power management apps

The MTMF8233 silicon n-channel MOSFET suits power management applications in notebook computers and Li-ion battery protection circuits. It is composed of a halogen-free flat SO8-F1 package featuring low on-resistance between drain and source.

The MTM78E2B MOSFET is used for secondary Li-ion battery-protection circuits. The 2.1 x 2.0 x 0.7-mm device is packaged in an 8-pin flat configuration. It is suitable for battery packs in mobile devices and features 21.5 mΩ resistance between drain and source, and halogen-free packaging.
