Motion power modules target industrial motors

Ten integrated Motion-SPM power modules suit home appliances and industrial motors up to the 3-kW power range. Integrating three HVICs, one LVIC, six NPT IGBTs, six FRDs and three bootstrap diodes into a 44 x 26.8-mm Mini-DIP package, these modules offer inverter-based control for three-phase motors. Each modules replaces as many as 22 discrete components.

The devices use full molded or direct-bonded-copper-based package technology. The devices use lead-free terminals and meet moisture sensitivity of the joint IPC/JEDEC standard J-STD-020. (From $11.80 to $28.40 each/100 pieces; available now.)
