Motor drive is rated for 30 A and 500 V
The PWR-82342 is a copper-based two-phase motor drive rated at 30 A and
500 V. The drive can be driven directly either from a PWM output or from
ASICs or DSP chips. The inputs use Schmitt-trigger logic. The outputs can
be driven with levels from 5 to 15 V and comprise IGBTs capable of
switching at up to 25 MHz. Safety features include on-board logic to
prevent in-line firing and a shut-down input that turns off the output
transistors in both phases. The operating temperature range is -55 degrees
