Motor driver offers 256 microsteps/step

Controlling an array of motors in sizes from 23 to 42, the MForce PowerDrive microstepping driver provides an output current of 7 A peak (5 A rms) per phase. The driver accepts up to 20 resolution settings from full to 256 microsteps per full step, with CANopen communications optional.

Input voltage range is 12 to 75 Vdc, and operating temperature range is –40° to 85°C. Interface cables are available to speed prototyping, parameter setup, and configuration. (Contact company for pricing—available now.)
