μC targets portable keyboards
A microcontroller, with Phoenix Multikey firmware in ROM, interfaces with
AT, PS/2, AX, and OADG (Kanji character) keyboards and ISA, EISA, and MCA
systems. It has a voltage comparator, 4 Kbits ROM, 384 bytes RAM, and runs
4 MHz at 2.7 V. EPROM and one-time-programmable versions are available for
