Multifunction instrument fits in user’s pocket
The USBee RX Test Pod combines the functions of a dual-channel mixed-signal oscilloscope, logic analyzer, digital signal generator, frequency counter, and integrated multilevel protocol analyzer in a compact enclosure. Using a high-speed connection to a PC running included software, the pod provides 2 analog and 18 digital input channels, dual 10-bit ADCs, 100-MHz sampling, real-time sample compression, 512-Mbyte internal buffers, simultaneous 100-Msample/s 8-channel digital signal generation, variable logic thresholds, 8-Msample/s analog signal generation, ±60-V protection on all inputs, and USB overcurrent protection.
The software also lets the module act as a multilayer protocol decoder for embedded bus transactions that use various protocols, including I2 C, SPI, ASYNC, CAN, USB (low and full speed), I2 S, SM-Bus, PS/2, SDIO, and 1-Wire. Users can create custom applications for proprietary protocols using the USBee Toolbuilder source code and library. All necessary cables, clips, leads, software, and accessories are included.
