The ISL54200 USB 2.0 high/full-speed multiplexer can switch between data sources having different data speeds and signal levels. It has two SPDT switches configured as a DPDT, and comes in a 7-Ω normally closed and a 4.5-Ω normally open version.
The chip’s logic inputs are 1.8-V compatible when operated with a 2.7 to 3.6-V supply. The device comes in 10-lead 3 x 3-mm TDFN and 2.1 x 1.6-mm μTQFN packages. The part can be used in media players that need to switch between a high-speed (480-Mbits/s) and a full-speed (12-Mbits/s) USB transceiver and features off isolation of -98 dB at 100 kHz.
