The 20-V, 100-mA CMNDM7001 (n-channel) and CMNDM8001 (p-channel) MOSFETs are packaged in the ultraminiature SOT-953 package. These complementary devices provide space-saving solutions for battery-powered portable products such as cellular phones, MP3 players, glucose blood analyzers, and hearing aids. Applications include load/power switching, dc/dc conversion, and servo motor control.
The n- and p-channel MOSFETS feature a maximum RDS(on) of 3.0 Ω at 4 V and 10 mA, and 15 Ω at 1.5 V and 1 mA. The SOT-953 package measures 1.0 x 1.0, with a profile of 0.5 mm. (From $0.14 ea/8,000 available now.)
