NAND flash series uses 24-nm process

The THGVR1G5D1HTA00 and THGVR1G9D8GLA09 SmartNAND ICs are next-generation 24-nm process NAND flash memories available in densities ranging from 4 to 64 Gbytes. The MLC devices combine the memory with a control chip for error correction code.

The chips have an 8-Kbyte page size and operate from 2.7 to 3.6 V. They come in TSOP48 and LGA52 packages. (Price not provided — samples available now; production 2nd and 3rd qtr.)
