Nearfield com SOC is complete solution

The ST21NFCA nearfield communications system (NFC) IC provides all the necessary hardware and software for a complete system, with support for all proximity and vicinity standards for secure electronic payments and identification applications. The chip gives contactless communication at 13.56 MHz, and is suitable for RF reader systems, as well as RF tag and smart cards.

The QFN32-packaged device also has host controller interface functions, as well as interfaces for I2C bus and SPI bus, and it is compliant with the ETSI specification for Single Wire Protocol for mobile phones. The IC includes an advanced MCU, 36 Kbytes of EEPROM, 112 Kbytes of ROM, 4 Kbytes of RAM, an RF AFE, and embedded firmware. ($3 ea/1,000available Q2.)
